Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to (the ‘Site’). We value the rights of creators just as we expect others to value our rights. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a copyright owner or their agent can request us to remove infringing content from our website. As an internet service provider, we are protected under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA.
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
- Clear information to help us locate the infringing material;
- Contact information for the complaining party;
- A statement affirming that the use of the material is not authorized;
- A declaration that the information provided is accurate and the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Under Title 17 USC §512(f), there are penalties for misrepresentation in infringement claims. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for quick resolution.
We may share the details of any copyright infringement claim with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your material is taken down due to a copyright claim, you can provide a counter notification to have it reinstated. The notification should include your signature, a description of the removed material, a statement of good faith belief in the removal, and your contact information.
To send a counter notice, use our Contact page. Email communication is preferred.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringers. Any account found violating this policy will be terminated.
Modifications
We retain the right to update our DMCA policy at any time. We advise checking this page regularly for any changes.
